Terms and conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights according to UK law.
Products:
Although we do our best to ensure all product contents and packaging are as shown on our website they are from time to time subject to change due to items being out of stock. In the case of an item being out of stock we will always substitute with something of equal value and will do our best contact you prior to any changes. Please note that our Teddy Bears are NOT SUITABLE for children under the age of 36 month, due to small parts.
Greeting Card with message:
We include a greeting card with your own personal message with every gift. Your message will be replicated in print inside the card.
We reserve the right to reject any message that we consider might cause offence to the recipient.
Payment:
All payments are processed securely by PayPal or Worldpay. We accept payments using the following cards:

Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.
We cannot accept responsibility for an order not being processed as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given. Failure to supply the correct details may result in your order being put on hold. The total value of your order will be displayed on the PayPal payment screen.
All prices quoted include VAT. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Payment can be made securely by PayPal. No credit card details are held in our possession at any time

Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to SendSomethingSweet.co.uk unless the item is damaged or faulty in any way. You should ensure that you obtain proof of postage when you send it back. We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us. Please be advised that we need to be notified of any order issues within 7 days of dispatch. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on orders if we have not been notified within this time period.
You will be refunded the cost of the gift box only, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Privacy Statement:
SendSomethingSweet.co.uk does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. The information you supply will be used to process orders and, if necessary, to contact you regarding the status of your orders. As all payments are handled by PayPal, SendSomethingSweet.co.uk never has access to your card details.
Dispatch & Delivery:
We only deliver to the U.K. mainland and Northern Ireland.
You can chose when we dispatch your gift, as long as its on a standard working day.We dispatch gifts every day at 16.45 hrs Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. As long as we receive your order by 16.30 hrs we can dispatch it on the same day. All gifts are sent using a Next Working Day Courier Servicea. Our gift boxes do not fit through a standard size letter box so please ensure that someone is there to accept delivery during working hours. Should the courierl be unable to deliver, they will attempt to leave the gift box secure or with a neighbour and a card will be left to inform the recipient where their parcel is located. If it is not possible to leave secure or with a neighbour a card will be put through the door and the recipeint will need to contact their local depot to arrange re-delivery. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery. We recommended that gifts are sent to a work address if possible.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number. We can only make a delivery to the address you request on the order. We are not able to guarantee the item will be delivered to the person named on the order. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient knows the gift is coming on the day requested. This is especially the case for deliveries to large businesses and Hospitals we0 can only guarantee the item is delivered to the address given.
